Kevin Roy shoots 62, leads Puerto Rico Open by one

Kevin Roy fired a 10-under-par 62, the lowest round of his career, to capture the first-round lead at the Puerto Rico Open on Thursday at Grand Reserve Golf Club in Rio Grande. Roy holds just a one-stroke advantage over Chris Gotterup, who stood at 10 under himself before his only bogey of the day came at the par-4 18th. Davis Riley and Denmark's Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen were tied at 8-under 64, and Karl Vilips of Australia was alone in fifth at 7-under 65.

Wyndham Clark birdied three of his last six holes to take a two-shot lead after the first round of the Arnold Palmer Invitational on Thursday in Orlando, Fla.
