When will a deal get done between PGA Tour and PIF?

A deal between the PGA Tour and the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia has been a moving target since the announcement of a Framework Agreement on June 6, 2023.
With 637 days and counting, the negotiations are still ongoing, but there has been unclear movement and little feedback from the different contingencies.
Crumbs are all that either side is willing to provide and those are only from the PGA Tour as PIF is as quiet as a church mouse.
On Tuesday, PGA Tour Commissioner Jay Monahan provided some additional morsels about the negotiations, coming from a second meeting at the White House with President Trump.
“The dynamic that he brings is he's the leader of the free world, and he has an active interest in reunifying the game,” Monahan said of the benefits of meeting with Trump last week. “He's in an incredibly strong position to do so and his willingness to do so obviously changes the dynamic. And I don't think we would be, we would have the cadence, and we would be in the position we're in to get a deal done, but for the President and we're thankful for him.”
